๐ฏ How to Play
A relaxing birdwatching experience. No pressure, no timers - just you and the birds.
The Loop:
- Attract birds โ Use ๐พ Food tool to drop seeds (costs seeds๐พ)
- Build friendships โ Feed same birds repeatedly to level up (5 levels!)
- Earn resources โ Sweep leaves for seeds๐พ & compost๐งช, collect feathers๐ชถ
- Build your flock โ 1st bird at Visitor, then Friend, Resident, Family!
- Expand your garden โ Buy upgrades, unlock nursery, discover wetland zone
Resources:
- ๐พ Seeds: Start with 100. Spend to feed birds. Earn by sweeping leaves (1-3 per leaf)
- ๐ชถ Feathers: Main currency. Earn from birds, mini-games, milestones
- ๐งช Compost: Earn by sweeping. Use in Nursery to boost tree growth
- ๐ Premium Seeds (5๐ชถ): 10 uses, +75% happiness! Toggle in menu, auto-depletes
- โจ Gourmet Blend (12๐ชถ): 10 uses, +150% happiness! Toggle in menu, auto-depletes
Tips for New Players:
- Buy a Broom first - sweep leaves for seeds๐พ & compost๐งช!
- Cleanliness Bonuses: 85%+ = more birds (after 3 species), 90%+ after rain = +15% feathers!
- Buy Decorations early - they boost bird happiness permanently
- Befriend birds progressively to join your flock (each slot needs higher level!)
- Send Companions on tasks for passive seed/feather/compost income
- Unlock the Nursery to grow immortal trees from seeds

- Keyboard: 1=Select, 2=Inspect, 3=Food, 4=Broom, M=Move | โโ cycle same-species birds
- Seeds๐พ: Food costs seeds! Sweep leaves with broom to earn more
- Companion Flock๐ฆ : Befriend birds โ they join flock โ send on tasks for rewards!
- Shop (๐): Buy feeders, instruments, decorations, helpers
- Logbook (๐): Track species, items, stats, and card collection

- Behaviors: Flying, Perching, Hopping, Sleeping, Nesting, Feeding babies
- Thought Bubbles: Click ๐พ(hungry) or ๐ง(thirsty) to help birds find food/water
- Hand-Feed: Use Food tool + click bird! Cooldown: Common 5m, Rare 12m, Legendary 20m
- Friendship Levels: Sighting โ Visitor โ Friend โ Resident โ Family (higher = more feathers!)
- Companion Flock: Slots unlock progressively (VisitorโFriendโResidentโFamily)!
- Family birds: Max friendship โ sparkles + mates + babies
- Helpers: Nutkin (feathers), Hoppy (water), Clocksworth (all), Dusty (cleans)

- Trees UNLOCK BIRDS! Each tree type attracts specific species (see Shop)
- Feeders ATTRACT BIRDS TOO! Nectar FeederโHummingbirds (no tree needed!)
- Shop Trees: Instant! But CAN die if neglected - need rain/care
- Nursery Trees: Grow from seeds โ transplant โ IMMORTAL in garden!
- Examples: Cherry/Nectar FeederโHummingbirds, OakโBlue Jays, PineโChickadees
- Shake Trees: Use Select tool + tap trees to shake them! May drop seeds, startles birds
- Move Objects: Press M to toggle Move mode, then drag items to reposition
- Weather: Rain heals trees, creates puddles. Check forecast!
- Day/Night: Birds sleep at night. Owls and fireflies appear
- Events: Meteor showers, eclipses, migrations, rare UFO visits

- Musical Memory (Flute): Watch the note pattern, repeat it back. Retries decrease as you level up!
- Card Match (Drums): Match suit patterns (๐ชถ๐ธ๐๐ฐ). Higher tiers let you bet feathers for 3x winnings!
- Tic-Tac-Crow: Challenge a crow to tic-tac-toe! Answer bird trivia to place your O. Win=15๐ชถ, Draw=5๐ชถ
- ๐ฐ Feather Fortune: ๐ช Step right up! Spin the carnival wheel, bet 1-10๐ชถ! Robin(2x), Eagle(1.5x), Owl(3x), Peacock(5x JACKPOT!)
- How to Start: Birds with ๐ต bubbles, Tic-Tac-Crow/Wheel in Menu after purchase
- Streaks: Win consecutive instrument games for bonus feathers (up to +200%)

- Record Songs: Capture bird melodies to replay later
- Wild Effects: Replay songs for rainbows, meteors, migrations!

- Unlock: Befriend any bird to VISITOR level (15+ friendship points)
